In this way you will be able to see the quality of the property and its furnishings and to show you in detail exactly what you will be getting for your money. Booking Procedure |
|
The first step is to contact us to ascertain whether the dates you require are available. You can do this either by e-mail, mail or telephone. If your dates are available then you should make a tentative/provisional booking. Please provide your name, home address, home telephone number and e-mail address when making the provisional booking. |

Rental Agreement |
|
A rental contract will be sent to you for signing and returning. For full details concerning deposit and final balance payments please see our Payment Details page. |

Collecting Keys |
|
Keys are collected from a lock box at the villa. Full directions to the villa and the lock-box codes will be provided upon payment of the final rental balance. Our management company, in case of need, are available 24 hours a day. |

Burglar Alarm |
|
We shall provide you with the burglar alarm codes at the same time as the lock box code - detailed above. The alarm should be set each and every time the villa is left vacant. This not only protects the property but also guests' belongings and valuables. |

Check-in / Check-out Times |
|
Check-in is after 4 pm and check-out is by 10 am. These times are necessary to allow the cleaning staff time to prepare the villa for the incoming guests. A later check-out is possible but a charge is made for this i.e. to pay for the additional cleaning staff that will be needed to prepare the villa in the reduced time available (see Rental Costs page for details). |
