|
If you wish wish to book Disney Mouse House for your Walt Disney World vacations, detailed below are the seasonal rental charges (for the villa not per person) and all other charges that may be payable. For bookings of 7 and 14 nights please see the weekly and fortnightly rates. For bookings of less than 7 nights please use the nightly rate, add 12% Florida sales tax (plus $130 cleaning charge for bookings of 5 nights and less). For bookings of more than 7 nights but less than 14 nights, please use the weekly rate for the first 7 nights stay and use the nightly rate for the additional nights. Likewise, for bookings in excess of 14 nights, but less than 21, please use the fortnightly rate and use the nightly rate for the additional nights e.g. a 10-night low season let in 2005 would be: Weekly rate of $830 plus 3 nights @ $140 per night = $1250. Add Florida sales tax @ 12% ($150). Total therefore would be $1400. |

Additional Charges (Optional) | ||

The above letting charges do not include the heating of the pool. Where pool heating is requested, this needs to be arranged beforehand. A charge of £20/$30 per night's stay or £120/$180 per week will be payable. |

The period between check-out (10 am) and check-in (4 pm) - see Booking Details - is necessary for the cleaners to prepare the villa for the arriving guests. A later check-out is possible, however as this will mean that the cleaning staff will have less time to do their work, additional staff may be required to complete the task. A charge of £20/$30 per hour will be payable. |

|
Unlike most other villas that are rented out for Walt Disney World vacations, the use of the telephone is usually chargeable (you register your credit card and are charged high unit costs). At DisneyMouseHouse the rental charge includes unlimited use of the telephone for local, national (excluding Alaska) and international calls to the UK and Canada. |
