For your Disney vacations, this beautiful executive home, sleeping 10, is situated in the beautiful and picturesque community of 'Sunset Lakes' which is literally only minutes from Disney World.  It is so close you can go back for your evening meal and return for the evening fireworks at Epcot or the Parade at Magic Kingdom!

For a truly outstanding experience for your Disney vacations, this luxurious villa has four bedrooms and three bathrooms, two of which are en suites to the two master bedrooms.  The peaceful gated community of Sunset Lakes is located to the western side of Kissimmee.  The villa itself backs onto a private lake providing stunning sunset and lake views (see photo below!). and three and a half bathrooms and a heated pool with hot spa.  The lanai (patio) area  has been extended and can be lit at night (as can the pool) for evening enjoyment. 

The first master bedroom with king size bed opens onto a balcony over looking the lake. The second master bedroom with twin double beds opens directly onto the pool deck.  The two further twin bedrooms (one for Winnie the Pooh fans) share a third bathroom.  The bedrooms feature typical American walk-in wardrobes. 

The family room has cable TV with a DVD player and has stunning views over the pool and lake. There is a formal dining area with adjacent quiet lounge. The kitchen is, as you would expect, fully fitted and equipped and has an adjoining breakfast nook area with table and chairs.

The home also enjoys a games room, utility room and cloakroom.

Other facilities include a cot and high chair, all linens and towels, a dishwasher, fridge, freezer, microwave, barbecue, washing machine and dryer (in the utility room), an outdoor shower for pool, optional pool heating.
