If Florida rental villas close to Disney are what you are looking for, then look no further.  Being so close to Disney World, Orlando (it is no more than 12 minutes drive to the Disney World gates) and less than 5 minutes drive away from the Interstate 4 (the main highway to Disney and both Gulf and Atlantic coasts) the villa's location in 'The Village At Tuscan Ridge' is ideal.

This most luxurious of Orlando homes was built in March 2002 and is managed by a local management company  so they are on hand in case of need - and at weekends!  The homes they manage maintain high standards of comfort and quality of furnishings, so you can be guaranteed that the quality and comfort that you see in the virtual tour is exactly what you will get!

The villa has 5 bedrooms - two doubles (one king and one queen) and three twin bedrooms.  The king master bedroom is located on the ground floor - all other bedrooms are on the upstairs floor.  Unlike most homes that you can rent, we have a crib in the king master bedroom that can be converted to an intermediate or toddler bed.  The villa will therefore sleep 10 plus a baby toddler. 

For entertainment, excluding the large luxurious heated pool, there is a games room with a pool table, an air hockey table and an electronic dartboard with darts.  In addition, in one of the twin bedrooms there is a Playstation2 with games (with its own TV for use with the Playstation2).  In the family room there is a hi-fi with 60 CDs, a 50 inch HD flat screen TV, a video player and an HD compatible DVD player with in excess of 70 DVDs for guests' enjoyment.  Plus there are many, many more facilities!

Both the king and queen bedrooms has its own en suite bathroom.  In addition each has a remote control TV with cable.  The third bathroom, the family bathroom, serves the twin bedrooms.  The half bath is located on the ground floor.
